Amy Ford, a 27 year old, full time florist is ecstatic upon qualifying for the Chelsea Flower Show .
She has just secured one of only 15 competition places in the world’s most famous horticultural event.
She is so excited that she has the opportunity to display her work to top industry names. It is dream come true.
She is absolutely over the moon that her skills and abilities as a florist have been recognised.
Floristry may be underrated by many she says; so she is so excited at being able to demonstrate her capabilities.
The British Florists Association events director, Dennis van Wonderen, said that she now has to await the competition brief prior to commencing with the design and creation of her entry for the show which is at the end of May.
Her enthusiasm cannot be contained as she considers this to be a once in a life time opportunity.
