A new florist business is blossoming in a Basingstoke shopping parade.
Nicci-G’s Flower Studio, which is based on Buckland Parade, Buckland Avenue, was launched with the blessings of fifty friends, members of the family and potential new customers.
The new venture was launched with a fanfare of champagne, treats and cupcakes, donated by a local company, Gifted Heart Cakes .
The florists business is a partnership between Nic and Gregor Cuthbertson-Pell.
The pair are delighted with their flower shop . They consider that they opened the shop at the right time and in the right location. They also have another shop near Camberley.
The entrepreneurs confirmed that in their first week they have had more passing trade than they get in a month at their other shop. This is mainly due to it being busier at this shop and there being free parking.
Not only are their magnificent blooms blossoming, so is their business.
