Alan Sugar has fired the third Young Apprentice, following a failure with a flower task.
The two teams had to focus on a floral arrangement and its marketing and sales. The team with the smallest profit were the losers.
Team Kinetic made a total profit of £463.52, winning by only £12.56 over Team Atomic. The winners were awarded a chocolate-themed three course meal at Fortnum and Mason .
In the boardroom, Lord Sugar made it evident that Atomic missed a huge opportunity in synching a deal with a hotel and misjudged prices which led to their losing.
Hannah Richards was sacked, despite her criticising Harry M's lack of team spirit, pointing out: "Obviously everybody has their flaws but that's something so fundamental, not just in business but in life, which you can't go through being so self-centred."
Harry M responded: "You've brought in the two people that made the most profit so if anyone missed the whole concept that the task was about profit, surely it's you for bringing us two back!"
