Iflorist Improves Membership Offering

Tue, 05 Apr 2011

Iflorist, the UK’s fastest growing florist network, has enhanced its membership benefits for local flower retailers .

The company is now offering British Florist Association membership, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen shop branding, free member website for six months, up to 25 per cent commission on orders, £5 profit boost vouchers, FloriGuard insurance discounts and free joining fee to florists that sign up to its expanding network.

Managing director David Price said: "We’ve seen an immense increase in florist to florist orders as a result of the £5 profit boost on each order sent and this is having a positive knock on effect with more orders being received by florists too, which we’re really pleased about."

"We’re confident that the comprehensive membership benefits iflorist are offering are resonating with florists and they can see that we’re really trying to help them with benefits which are real, tangible and that help florist’s businesses on a daily basis."

"Our sending commission of 25 per cent plus the £5 profit boost means iflorist is the most profitable way to send an order."

In addition, iflorist is also offering BFA membership to its existing members, with the cost included in their monthly fee.

He added: "We’ve worked long and hard to find the right combination of benefits that florist’s can actually use and we feel that having BFA membership and support included as a cornerstone of our package offers our members something different to everyone else, something that helps raise the profile of the florist’s shops, rather than just paying to receive orders."

"The conversations we’ve had with our members have all been positive regarding the BFA and even if you’re an existing BFA member iflorist will take over those payments for you as part of your monthly fee."
