eFlorist has a network of around 1800 florists in the UK and Ireland, meaning it can deliver to almost any address in Ireland and the British Isles, as well as to over 140 countries throughout the world.
EuroFlorist is currently the market leader in Europe for worldwide flower delivery with over 10,000 affiliated florists .
Commenting on the merger, eFlorist Managing Director Ian Brett, said: "We are thrilled that our combined business success and acumen will allow our companies to go from strength to strength, and that our florists will have an even better tool to use, enhancing the experience for our customers."
"Since eFlorist began (as Teleflorist) in 1947, we have grown from having three member florists to now having over 10,000 as a result of this merger - which means that buying flowers online just keeps getting better and better."
Lars Höglund, CEO of EuroFlorist Group, added: "We recognize this as a great way of strengthening our mission to help our florists, customers and consumers build, keep and develop relationships through flowers ."
