Gardening enthusiasts are preparing to travel to Croatia later this month as the country’s capital gears up for this year’s Flora Art competition.
The International Flower and Garden Exhibition will tale place at Zagreb’s Lake Bundek, for the second year running, from May 28th to June 1 and is expected to attract exhibitors from all over Europe .
Visitors will be able to contribute towards the "patchwork of colour" display and take part in a competition for the best flower arrangement, with the Florist's Cup awarded to the most creative design.
Various other entertainments are expected to take place and a selling space will be devoted to the latest gardening equipment for interested spectators.
