Families are invited to enjoy the summer holidays at Allesley Park Walled Garden, Coventry, to take part in activities for parents and children of all ages.
The Allesley Park Walled Garden Group are holding themed activities that celebrate summer flowers, called Flower Power, by making a flowery bookmark or picture, decorate a hat with flowers on it and discover herbs and flowers.
Wildlife experts will be looking at garden pests such as Lily beetles, Harlequin ladybirds, sawfly and other garden creepy crawlies on 13 August.
Geoff Croft, chairman of the group said, "Our volunteers at the Walled Garden are keen to show people some of our wonderful heritage garden plants and how you can use flowers as decorations.
"People can also learn the difference between helpful creatures and garden pests, and what to do about them in a chemical-free garden like ours."
There is a small charge of £2 for an adult and child plus 50p for each extra child or adult in the group.
Event times are from 2.30pm to 4.00pm each day.
